Warmup Helper

One long-press, one ramp.

Long-press any big-3 exercise and the app generates a complete warmup, starting from the empty bar and stepping up to your work set in as many sets as you configure.

  • Starting weight Begins at the empty bar (20 kg) by default, configurable in settings.
  • Number of sets Choose 3, 4, or 5 ramp steps. The coach sets this per athlete.
  • Progressive ramp Load increases proportionally each step with matching plate visuals.
  • Target cap The final ramp never exceeds your configured percentage of the work set.
Intensity Highlighter

See goal effort, hit goal effort.

The RPE picker outlines the prescribed range with a dashed-info border that joins across adjacent buttons. The athlete knows what you wanted before they pick a number.

Plate Loader

Exact-to-the-plate barbell visualization.

Renders the IWF-colored plates needed to hit the target kg. Home-gym mode lets athletes mark which plates they own, and the loader picks the closest achievable load.

Warmup Helper

One long-press, one ramp.

Long-press a big-3 and a tuned warmup ramp generates — from a configurable starting weight, in your chosen number of sets, capped at your chosen percentage of the day's top set.

Offline — Changes won't save
Athletes keep logging. Their writes queue locally and sync when the connection returns. Nothing is lost between rounds in the parking-lot WiFi.
Offline-first

The gym signal doesn't matter.

Convrt Sheet is a PWA with a service worker. Athletes open the app installed to their home screen, log every set, and sync arrives whenever the network comes back. Their work is never lost.

Each coach instance ships with its own logo, app icon, accent color and subdomain. The athlete installs your brand — not ours.
